About Patrick

Patrick White is a senior UX and product design leader with nearly 20 years of experience crafting digital user experiences, having worked across ambitious startups and large enterprises with complex, high-stakes ecosystems. Specializing in network automation and artificial intelligence, he is a systems thinker at heart, building the design and product frameworks that give complex experiences their shape, backed by research and sharpened through craft. What drives him is solving problems that seem impossible at first glance: transforming abstract requirements and messy technical workflows into experiences that feel effortless. He brings both the big-picture thinking and the hands-on craft to every project, focused on outcomes that matter now and scale well over time.

For the past 6 years, Patrick has been the driving force behind Itential’s end-to-end user experience across both its Cloud SaaS and on-premises automation platforms. He architected a foundational UX strategy that unified fragmented touchpoints into a cohesive, enterprise-grade experience, grounded in data-driven methodologies and real user research rather than assumptions. He built and launched Itential’s design language system, which eliminated inconsistencies, reduced design bottlenecks, and enabled cross-functional teams to scale confidently. For the flagship SaaS automation platform, he owned all design decisions end-to-end, establishing standards that simplified onboarding, reduced user error, and drove feature adoption. Throughout, he has operated as a strong cross-functional collaborator, bridging design and engineering across multiple concurrent agile projects while maintaining consistent quality.
